We are looking for grinders! If you’re ready to work hard, care for customers as well as earn an income that matches your hard work, we want to talk to you! We are hiring professional, self-motivated, consultative team members in our residential real estate sales department. Furthermore, candidates should be accustomed to performing at a high level, effective in a sales environment, outgoing, and customer service focused. Moreover, we have a proven system to make you successful as an agent! No cold calling. We provide booked appointments, mentorship, and all the training and education you need to be successful. You must be willing to obtain a real estate license if not already licensed.
We are looking for a talented professional who can foster growth of a successful sales team while focusing attention and effort across three key areas including people, strategy, and recruiting. Overall, this person must display a passion for growing a business and hold oneself accountable for transaction goals. In addition, they must understand financial data and display ownership for profits and losses, focus on an exceptional client experience, maintain a high commitment to personal and professional growth, and lead with a servant’s heart.
