Ramona decided to sell her home because she wanted to chase her dreams of owning and starting an event company. However, she was hesitant to sell her home due to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Leading up to listing the home, Ramona was nervous no one would be out shopping for homes during the pandemic and that she would not be able to sell at list price.
