Mark Spain Real Estate is made up of a team of professionals in departments including the Inside Sales Department, the Marketing Department, Client Concierge, and Exclusive Real Estate Agents. Each department works collectively for a common goal- to reach each client’s real estate needs and deliver an unparalleled client experience! Our agents receive free marketing and advertisement, so they only have to worry about finding their clients their dream homes.

How To Become an Exclusive Real Estate Agent

We are grateful to have eleven offices serving all of Metro Atlanta and Athens in Georgia, Charlotte and Raleigh in North Carolina, Orlando and Tampa in Florida, and Nashville in Tennessee. Licensing is handled by each state’s real estate commissioner, we recommend reaching out to your local commissioner for more information!
