Kate Kenney serves as our Director of Sales for our Raleigh office. With years of Real Estate experience under her belt, she enjoys helping fellow agents achieve their goals! Kate is a passionate and gifted leader and we are so thrilled to not only highlight her talents, but welcome her into the Mark Spain Real Estate family!

Tell us about you, Kate Kenney! Where you were born? What do you enjoy in your free time?
I am a native of Raleigh and a third generation Raleigh Realtor. In my free time, I love to work out and to discover new healthy recipes I can cook! Additionally, I love to read and play with my sweet dog, Lilly.
When and how did you become a part of MSRE?
I saw a LinkedIn ad and applied! After an extensive interview process with Mark Spain leadership, we determined I was the right fit for Raleigh. After that, I met the team and we were off and running!
How long have you been involved in real estate and where?
I’ve been involved in the Raleigh real estate market for 33 years! During 3 of those years, I was simultaneously selling real estate in Naples, Florida. Real
estate is something I’m very passionate about and have loved pursuing over the years.
Why Mark Spain Real Estate?
It’s such a new and innovative company in the Raleigh market. I am very excited to have the opportunity to help Mark Spain Real Estate grow and flourish here in Raleigh. Additionally, I really love all of the people I’ve met here so far!
What is your favorite part about the people you work with?
I enjoy developing relationships with everyone! Getting to know the people I work with so I can help them grow is really special.
What are your passions in life outside of work?
My two sons and my future daughter-in-law! Also my dog and my two grand-dogs, Riggins and Max.
What is a hidden talent that you have?
I can kick field goals!
Who inspires you in life?
My father was my greatest inspiration. He helped make me into the person I am today. He was THE most incredible father and grandfather to my sons.
What are you looking forward to this year?
Making a HUGE impact on the Raleigh office and helping each individual agent grow their business! Get ready Raleigh!!
