In Good Company: Katie Ciarochi
Katie Ciarochi has joined us as our latest edition to our client concierge team and serves our Athens team. Her warm persona and bright smile make her a joy to be around! We are so thrilled to highlight Katie as our next In Good Company member!
Tell us about you, Katie Ciarochi! Where you were born, what do you enjoy in your free time:
I was born in Chicago, Illinois. We moved when I was 5 years old so I spent my elementary school years in Lakeland, Florida. My high school and college years were spent in Columbus, Ohio. I moved to Alpharetta, GA in 2004. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two beautiful daughters. Additionally, I enjoy going out to dinner with friends and taking relaxing walks on the Alpharetta Greenway.
When and how did you become a part of MSRE?
I joined MSRE at the end of July 2019. For those of you who do not know, my father is a listing agent on our Alpharetta team! He always had such positive things to say about the company’s culture so when he mentioned a position opening in the admin department, I jumped on it!
How long have you been involved in real estate and where?
I am completely new to this industry, but have secretly always had an interest in it.

I am excited about the impressive rate this company is growing and the opportunities to come in the future!
What is your favorite part about the people you work with?
Everyone is so nice and fun to work with and the concierge team is always quick to help each other out.
What have you learned the most from working at MSRE?
I have learned so much about the real estate industry! I go over contracts in my sleep sometimes..lol!
What are your passions in life outside of work?
I am passionate about spreading joy to others. Whether it be a hello to a stranger, or greeting with my team Sunday mornings at North Point Community Church. I want to be a light in this world! I am also passionate about raising my daughters and Ohio State football!
Who inspires you in life?
My grandfather is such an inspiration in my life. He is the finest example of leading with a servant’s heart that I have ever witnessed.
Tell us about the friendships you’ve made at MSRE
The friendships I have made here in my short time are so great! They make me laugh every day and we have a genuine interest in the joys and challenges we experience in life.
What are you looking forward to this year?
I just bought a new house (yay!) and am so excited to make it warm and cozy. I am also looking forward to doing some traveling this year and marking off a few locations on my bucket list!
