Tell us about you! Where were you born, and what do you enjoy in your free time?

I am from Texas and while I love being a Texan, I am definitely growing deep roots in North Carolina and love it here.  On any free day I have with pretty weather, chances are you will find me on a golf course.

When and how did you become a part of Mark Spain Real Estate? 

I have been working with Mark Spain Real Estate since October 2020.  All my past professional experience has been in the fitness industry, however, I had been wanting to switch to real estate for a few years.  With COVID changing the way the fitness industry was going to be able to operate, I felt it was time to make the move. 

How long have you been involved in real estate and where? 

I have been involved in real estate since joining the Mark Spain Real Estate team in October of 2020. I am excited to be serving clients in Raleigh, North Carolina in selling their homes! 

Why Mark Spain Real Estate?

I was not originally from North Carolina, so my biggest fear was not having a large sphere of influence.  I knew Mark Spain Real Estate would generate leads for me with their marketing presence in the area. That is what first got me interested, however, I quickly found out the culture of Mark Spain Real Estate is exactly the type of culture I was hoping to get into with my next career!

What have you learned the most from working at Mark Spain Real Estate? 

Success leaves clues, good leadership, proper support, and doing business for the right reasons are what you need to be successful in almost any endeavor, long term at least. Out of all the places I have worked in my past, I think Mark Spain Real Estate accomplishes this the best and it has been great to see it in action.

What are your passions in life outside of work? 

Ultimately, my biggest passion is taking care of people.  This mostly comes into play with family and doing what I can to take care of them and make them happy.  It also works well with work because I get a deep satisfaction out of helping my clients find their next home.

Who inspires you in life? 

Tell us about the friendships you’ve made at Mark Spain Real Estate.

When helping someone search for a house to purchase, especially in this market, you tend to get to know them.  I have gained quite a few clients as friends in my time in real estate.  I have one client who I helped with a home purchase last year and we are currently looking for land for them! We have gone from meeting for the first time at a property he was interested in into family dinners at each other’s house, plans already set for this Father’s Day together with our families, and even a family trip together out of the country which we plan to do this upcoming year.

What are you looking forward to this year? 

I am looking forward to my best year yet!  I plan to break personal records in real estate with Mark Spain Real Estate and I look forward to the future clients I get to help along the journey.
