Tim Sears serves as our Associate Director of Sales for our Stockbridge office! We are so excited to highlight his talents and passion! Since the beginning of his real estate career with Mark Spain Real Estate, he has experienced tremendous amounts of growth. His dedication to the client experience and his team are what make him such a talented agent. Those reasons are why we are so excited to highlight Tim as our next In Good Company member!
Tell us about you, Tim Sears! Where were you born, what you enjoy in your free time
I was born in Arizona and lived there for 12 years! I then moved to Seattle, Washington for 3 years. Following that was Missouri, I lived there for 8 years. I’ve moved around a lot. In my free time, I enjoy anything car related. Car shows to drag racing, you name it and I’m there.
When and how did you become a part of MSRE in Stockbridge?
I joined Mark Spain Real Estate in May of 2018. I was hired on as a listing agent!
How long have you been involved in real estate?
Joining Mark Spain Real Estate was the beginning for me! I had no previous knowledge or experience in real estate so my career began here.

Because we are the BEST!
What is your favorite part about the Stockbridge team?
Our culture! I have never seen or been a part of a business with a culture like what we have here at Mark Spain Real Estate. Our culture makes everyone feel like they belong, regardless of what role you’re in.
What have you learned the most from working at Mark Spain Real Estate?
Relationship building with clients and other professionals always pulls ahead in the end. Making every transaction an experience keeps the job exciting and keeps everyone happy. Keeping the client first and being the agent you want to work with are extremely important in this line of work.
What are your passions in life outside of work?
Cars. 🙂
What is a hidden talent that you have?
I can play the guitar as well as the drums!
Who inspires you in life?
Anyone who seems to be a step ahead and who are willing to invest their time to lift the others around them.
What are you looking forward to this year?
Professional growth! I want to keep Stockbridge at the TOP of the leaderboard and I want to find any way I can to help our brokerage GROW!
