When the Mark Spain Real Estate Birmingham office officially opens on May 16th, Alabama native Colby J. Burk will be leading the office and sales team. He will serve as Director of Sales for the metro Birmingham market. This is the eleventh major Southeastern metropolitan market for Mark Spain Real Estate and its first office in Alabama.

A local graduate of Spain Park High School in Hoover, Burk still resides in Hoover with his family and attended the University of Alabama. He has managed all aspects of a real estate brokerage, is a skilled leader and coach and is committed to continued education and training so his sales team stays informed and are experts in residential real estate.
