When the Mark Spain Real Estate Chattanooga office officially opens on May 16, Jan Cooper will be leading the office and sales team. She has been brought in as Director of Sales for the Chattanooga Market, the 10th major Southeastern metropolitan market for Mark Spain Real Estate.

Cooper brings more than a decade of leadership, sales team management, and team-building experience to this new position. In other award-winning management roles, she has consistently provided the support, training, motivation, and coaching to increase sales team performance and retain top salespeople.
