Recap of Our 2021 Year
Growth to New Markets 
Mark Spain Real Estate is known as the industry’s leading independent residential real estate firm, In January 2021, we had 10 offices serving all of Metro Atlanta and Athens in Georgia, Charlotte and Raleigh in North Carolina, and Nashville in Tennessee. After seeing much success, we planned to expand to new markets to serve new areas by providing an unparalleled client experience! In March of 2021, we proceeded to expand to Tampa and Orlando in Florida!
Tampa is Florida’s second-largest city and one of the fastest-growing metro areas! Orlando has been deemed the No. 1 Best Place to Buy a Home for the third consecutive year by Forbes. Forbes also predicts Orlando’s job growth will be the highest in the country over the next 10 years! We are thankful for our expansion into these areas to provide Floridians a chance to sell their homes easier and for more money with more options.
Growth will not stop with these markets, we project to expand even more in 2022! We are grateful for every opportunity to serve our clients in receiving an unparalleled clients experience. After the pandemic hit in 2020 we were unsure how to best predict how the upcoming residential real estate market would be.
