Joy had previously used Mark Spain Real Estate to sell an investment home she owned in 2017. In late 2019, Joy had to make a tough decision and sell her family’s home for the past 17 years. Joy wanted to use a company and an agent that she trusted, so she called Mark Spain Real Estate.
