Joy’s Second Client Experience

Joy had previously used Mark Spain Real Estate to sell an investment home she owned in 2017. In late 2019, Joy had to make a tough decision and sell her family’s home for the past 17 years. Joy wanted to use a company and an agent that she trusted, so she called Mark Spain Real Estate.

Our agent, Tiffany was able to deliver Joy and her family with an enjoyable second client experience with Mark Spain Real Estate. Tiffany was able to prepare Joy and her family for every aspect of the sale.

When asked about her second client experience with Mark Spain Real Estate, Joy shared, We used Tiffany for the sale of a house we owned in Snellville in 2017, and when it came time to sell our home in Conyers, of course, we called Mark Spain Real Estate. We were happy to find out that we could use Tiffany in the sale of that house also.

This sale was different in that this was our personal home that we had lived in for 17 years, as the other house was an investment property that was sold as is. She was able to walk us through the process of getting ready to go on the market, make suggestions on staging, and worked tirelessly during this past holiday season to get it under contract in just over a month.
