Marty serves our clients out of the Marietta office, one of our Metro-Atlanta locations. Since joining our team in 2016 Marty has helped 150 clients sell their home, averaging 50 closings a year. In contrast, the average real estate agent will close 6-8 homes a year. Mark Spain Real Estate agents average 33 homes a year.
