Pine Hills Real Estate & Homes

This neighborhood sits right on the county lines of both DeKalb and Fulton counties. That means children living on the east and west side would be a part of different school districts.

Pine Hills is the perfect name for this quite, upscale neighborhood as most of the single family homes sit on top of rolling hills that are covered by pine trees. The original homes in the area were built way back in the 1950’s.

Since then many of the homes have either been rebuilt or renovated to accommodate the various tastes of today’s modern family.
