Poncey-Highland Real Estate
The Intown neighborhood of Poncey-Highland is found on the east side of Atlanta. This neighborhood isn’t far from the downtown area. It’s found close to Virginia-Highland, Old Fourth Ward, Midtown, Inman Park and Little Five Points. Due to the close proximity to North Highland Avenue and Ponce De Leon Avenue, the neighborhood was named Poncey-Highland.

This area also has the Atlanta Beltline running through it, which provides plenty of walking trails for residents to enjoy.
