Katelyn Fletcher

Katelyn Fletcher is the Vice President of Sales at Mark Spain Real Estate, where she leads a high-performing sales organization across multiple markets. Her journey to the top reflects a consistent pattern of growth — she has held progressive leadership roles within the company, advancing from Director to Regional VP before stepping into her current role overseeing a department of nearly 100 sales professionals.

Katelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Penn State University and has built her career at the intersection of people development and sales performance. Before joining Mark Spain Real Estate, she spent over five years at a leading real estate investment firm, where she rose to Senior Director and Partner. In that capacity, she built and led teams focused on repositioning residential communities, developed company-wide training programs, and successfully executed the sale of three major properties — each in under 24 months.

Katelyn joined Mark Spain Real Estate in 2019, drawn by its culture of excellence and commitment to growth. Since then, she has become a driving force behind the company's sales strategy and agent development initiatives, championing tools and programs that empower agents to perform at their best.

A natural leader and relationship builder, Katelyn is known for her passion for developing people and creating high-performance team cultures. Outside of work, she channels that same energy into outdoor pursuits — running, hiking, kayaking, and travel — and volunteers with local animal shelters.
