Mark Spain Real Estate is excited to announce the seventh consecutive year that we will be granting a Christmas Wish to a listener of 104.7 the Fish. The Mark Spain Foundation has teamed up with the station in the past several years to give back to a family in need and make Christmas wishes come true! We are honored to continue this tradition and lead with a servant’s heart to change the lives of others. 

This year we sponsored a single mother Kasha and her four children in granting their Christmas wishes. Kasha has been in an ongoing battle with Multiple Sclerosis as well as seizures, all while showing up for her for every extracurricular activity and event for her kids. We are so grateful that we were able to help Kasha and her family this Christmas and make the holiday season even more special.

Mark Spain Real Estate Grants A Christmas Wish

For the seventh consecutive year, Mark Spain Real Estate is honored to grant a  Christmas Wish hosted by 104.7 The Fish. Mark Spain Real Estate and the Mark Spain Foundation are excited to bring Christmas cheer to a well-deserving family this holiday season. Mark Spain was in The Fish studio on November 28th to announce to the family, live on the air, that their Christmas Wish would be coming true! The recipient of this year’s Christmas Wish is Kimberly and her four children. She is a single mother with children ages 15, 13, and 8. Kimberly works part-time while supporting her children, one overcoming open heart surgery earlier this year. Their lives have changed drastically with doctors’ appointments, medications, and therapy. Mark Spain Real Estate hopes to bring cheer to the family during the holidays.  

Mark Spain Real Estate will be presenting the gifts and surprises to the family towards the end of December. The Company is grateful to grant $10,000 towards rent, tires, clothes, toys, iPads, and more for the family.

The silver lining in giving is what it does for the giver, and we could not be more thankful to get to celebrate the holidays with this sweet family!” 

Since its inception in 2006, 104.7 The Fish radio network has been granting Christmas wishes throughout the Atlanta community. It is now on its 17th holiday season giving back to families in need. For the past seven years, Mark Spain Real Estate has had the opportunity to actively participate with the Atlanta radio station. Last year, Mark Spain Real Estate donated a multitude of gifts and resources to bring cheer and light into this joyful season for a single mother in the local area whose daughter had specific medical needs.
