Mark Spain Real Estate Expands To Greensboro, North Carolina

Mark Spain Real Estate, which has been named the No. 1 real estate team in the U.S. for closed transactions for the last four consecutive years by Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal, is opening a third North Carolina office.

Its new Greensboro office will officially open June 13 and already has successful offices in Charlotte and Raleigh. This will be the twelfth major Southeastern metropolitan market for Mark Spain Real Estate. It already has 15 offices in Nashville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, Birmingham, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greenville.

The new Mark Spain Real Estate office will be located at 3980 Premier Drive, Suite 110, in High Point and expects to add approximately 50 jobs to the area when the office is fully staffed. It is the fifth new office the Atlanta-based firm opened in 2021 and its 12th major metropolitan city in the Southeast.

Like most mid-size cities in America, Greensboro is experiencing significant growth in its population and real estate market. The city’s population has increased by more than 12% in the last decade. With more than 200 days of sunshine every year and a cost of living up to 16% lower than the national average, Greensboro also offers an affordable median home price of slightly less than $200,000.
