Mark Spain Real Estate has seen an amazing year of growth and development. We are proud to say that this year is a record year for sales in all four of our local markets. Not only that, our firm is on track to cross the $1 billion annual sales threshold for the first time. We are so thankful to cross this milestone and appreciate every family that has led us here.
We have served our headquartered city of Atlanta for over 25 years. In 2019, closed home sales were up 48 percent in comparison to last year. Additionally, we have grown our Georgia teams by 34%. We thrilled to have seen such amazing growth, but we were more excited to give back to one of our Georgia families by granting them a FISH Christmas Wish.
Our Nashville team has increased their sales by an incredible 456%! We have brought on 10 new agents to serve our Nashville community since expanding to Music City in 2018. We love Nashville for its abundance of friendly people and hospitality and were delighted to get more involved with our community and sponsor the Nashville Hunger to Hope Radiothon this year.
Our North Carolina teams have seen tremendous development as well. Our Raleigh team saw a 150% increase in closed home sales. Charlotte experienced a 152% increase. Additionally, we were fortunate to have some incredible new team members join us in Charlotte and Raleigh including our Raleigh Director of Sales, Kate Kenney.
2018 saw us helping over 2,740 families. This year, we are on track to help over 4,500 clients and their families. Our desire to serve our communities will continue to grow moving into 2020. We are planning for our best year yet!
