Michael’s Client Experience

Michael and his wife were looking to move to a smaller home closer to Downtown Atlanta. Before they could do that though, they had to sell their current home! Michael had interviewed many agents before, including his own employer, but knew Mark Spain Real Estate was the best option to sell his home. After less than 30 days on the market, Michael and his wife had 3 offers to choose from and closed in just 28 days!
