Matt joined Mark Spain Real Estate in August of 2018. Hailing from Florida with an already impressive real estate career spanning 7 years, his energy and experience were a perfect fit in our culture. In less than a year, Matt moved on to help 50 families close on their home! In contrast, the average agent will only close 6-8 homes a year. His dedication to the growth of his team has made him a trusted and reliable source to his crew.

In his new role, Matt will continue to encourage and support his teammates. We are so excited to see how he will add to the growth of our Alpharetta team! Matt truly embodies leading by example and with a servant’s heart.
