The Preserve Community Information
The Preserve is found near Highway 53 and Georgia 400. It’s in the northwestern area of Lake Lanier and it certainly provides plenty of lake access. The subdivision is served by Kilough Elementary, Riverview Middle and Dawson County High Schools. It’s found near the Thompson Creek Park and the closest marina is the Gainesville Marina.
The homes found here are quite large and luxurious. However, since there are only 4 and an additional 3 lots, homes in The Preserve don’t hit the market very often. Therefore, it’s important to scoop them up before they are gone, since it’s very rare. Furthermore, the homes were built between 2003 to 2006 on one to two acre lots. All of the homes have deeded slips and provide access to the private community dock for no extra fee. In addition, residents also enjoy premium outlet malls less than ten minutes away.
For one thing, the location makes it very easy to enjoy the many activities and amenities of the area. To emphasize, there’s nearly 700 miles of shoreline, over 10,000 active dock permits, more than 40 parks and over 35 deserted islands. All in all, there is plenty to do within the Lake Lanier area. Living in The Preserve provides access to the entire area including plenty of shopping in Gainesville and the surrounding area.
Along with the access to the Lake Lanier area, The Preserve is found less than an hour from Atlanta. Furthermore, this opens up even more opportunities for dining, entertainment as well as shopping. In the event that you’re looking for a luxurious home in a very small community, The Preserve is the right place for you and your family.
