Chattanooga Fall Festival & Pumpkin Giveaway

Giving Back To The Community

Mark Spain Real Estate hosted a Fall Festival on October 16th and gave away 1,000 pumpkins at Smith Perry Berries Farm in Chattanooga, TN. The company was founded by focusing on relationships over transactions, and its values include leading with a servant’s heart. To fulfill the company’s philanthropic mission, Mark Spain, Founder of Mark Spain Real Estate, started the Mark Spain Foundation to make a difference in the lives of families and children in the communities the brokerage serves. The Foundation and Company are grateful for the opportunity to be giving back to the community and families in Chattanooga through this event. In addition to the pumpkin giveaway, Mark Spain Real Estate also provided families access to fall activities including hayrides and a kid zone, and Kona Ice on the day of the event.

Mark Spain Real Estate and the Mark Spain Foundation have an established history of giving back to their communities and supporting families and children. The company has sent hundreds of children to summer camp, provided free childcare during the Covid 19 pandemic, and sponsored access to basic needs for families in Nashville through the Nashville Rescue Mission.

Additionally, the brokerage has donated thousands of dollars worth of food to local food banks to support hunger prevention and purchased $10,000 worth of Girls Scout cookies, which provide young women access to programs despite financial circumstances, during the pandemic when cookie sales were at an all-time low. Not only giving back to the community, the company also blesses local families each year with acts of kindness and Christmas wishes, oftentimes providing both necessities like housing and food in addition to bringing families joy by surprising them with trips, clothes, and toys to brighten their days! 

The Fall Festival and Pumpkin Giveaway was the first local Chattanooga event hosted by the brokerage, and Mark Spain Real Estate will continue to give back in greater Chattanooga. The company also works to support small businesses and the local economy, which ultimately supports families in Chattanooga. Giving back to the community allows the brokerage to lead with a servant’s heart, which is one of its core values.
